As an association, BREDAI aims to empower all enterprises dealing with and engaged in various aspects of real estate development, including land development, lay-out, planning, construction of residential, commercial and institutional buildings/complexes, development of townships, provision of urban infrastructure (roads, electricity, drainage, sewerage, water supply) and social infrastructure (recreational, educational and medical facilities), architecture, town planning, supply of building materials, estate finance, estate insurance, estate marketing and brokerage, and other allied fields.

No matter what aspect of real estate business you are in or which state you belong to, BREDAI is the only organisation that supports you at all times, and through this associated builders and contractors of India you have the opportunity to raise your business concerns and also gain vital real estate knowledge. And as a national and local home builders association, it represents the interests of members to national/state governments, for which it pursues initiatives to ultimately benefit the inudstry and its members. Furthermore, it advocates developing of standards for efficient, effective, and ethical real estate business practices.
The easily approachable Executive Committee team is well versed in strategic management, business planning and team building as their expertise encompasses a variety of domains. Collectively, they are each committed to attaining the highest level of corporate governance and attending to the key tasks with a sense of purpose.
